What we are looking for:

We are looking for a talented Senior Fullstack TypeScript Engineer with Management Experience to lead our development team in creating innovative and efficient software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and leading development teams, as well as extensive experience in Fullstack TypeScript development. This role involves designing and implementing complex software solutions and leading a team of developers through the development lifecycle. The right candidate for this role is a self-starter, takes ownership and is result oriented. Other expectations include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Fullstack TypeScript development
• 5+ years of experience in managing and leading development teams
• Proficient in modern front-end development technologies, including React, Redux, NextJS and TypeScript
• Proficient in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Other responsibilities include:

• Manage and lead a team of developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Design, develop and implement complex Fullstack TypeScript applications
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure software integration and compatibility
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
