Executive Chef

Our client, a Lounge is VI is looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive Chef. You will be “the chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen as well as it’s staff.

Key Requirements:
– Proven working experience as a Head Chef
– Experience developing new recipes
– Should be able to work with and manage suppliers
– Should be able to monitor costs
– Train team on best practices, new recipes
– Excellent record of kitchen management
– Togo/benin preferably but wouldn’t mind an experience and exposed Nigerian.
** we are also open to an expatriate who works as a hands-on consultant.
