Software Engineer, Performance

We are looking for engineers to join the Hazelcast performance team.

Do you enjoy any of the following?

• Testing distributed systems on a big scale (hundreds of nodes, TBs of memory).
• Learning how to properly benchmark a system.
• Learning the latest performance tricks.

If this is you – we are looking for a QA engineer with a strong focus on performance. You will be supporting various teams and ensuring that there are no performance regressions and helping to chase performance problems. You will learn about coordinated omission, performance regression analysis using changepoint and anomaly detection. And you will learn profilers like Linux Perf, Async-profiler, and benchmark tools like our own internal testing tool and JMH.

• Strong Focus on quality and performance.
• Experience with testing Java applications and knowledge of Java internals.
• Interest in testing distributed systems.
