The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Lead to help us scale our team from early hires to core engine. If you love sourcing amazing people, designing seamless candidate journeys, and building talent systems from scratch, this is your moment.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll own:

  • Sourcing and attracting top talent across technical and non-technical roles
  • Managing the recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer
  • Building foundational hiring processes, systems, and templates
  • Supporting onboarding, culture alignment, and early retention

You’ll work closely with our founders and hiring managers to define how recruitment works at Luupli, from day one through day 90.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead sourcing efforts across engineering, product, design, and growth roles
  • Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines using creative outreach methods
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment funnel: sourcing, screening, coordination, feedback, and offers
  • Create job descriptions, scorecards, interview plans, and templates
  • Partner with hiring managers and founders to understand talent needs and timelines
  • Set up and maintain light-weight ATS or candidate tracking systems
  • Improve candidate experience and ensure timely, respectful communication throughout
  • Support pre-boarding and onboarding processes (checklists, intros, first week plans)
  • Report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring success metrics

  • A system-builder who loves creating structure out of chaos
  • Eager to grow into a future Head of Talent role as the company scales

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing
  • Proven experience building candidate pipelines for tech and/or creative roles
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles at once
  • Clear, engaging communication, written and verbal
  • Experience setting up or managing hiring systems or ATS tools
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Passion for startups, social tech, or the future of work

Compensation

This is an equity-only role at this stage. There is no salary or cash compensation pre-funding. You’ll receive meaningful equity in Luupli in recognition of your contribution. Once we secure funding, equity hires will be considered first for full-time paid roles.
