We are an innovative glass industry located in the heart of Lagos. We are looking for tech-savvy Sales Engineers to join our dynamic winning team.
Requirements: He/She should be young, vibrant, bold/confident, and socially well-exposed.
Quali: BSc, HND in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or related fields.
Work Experience:
– Proven experience in the glass, construction, manufacturing, or building/engineering/fabrication/interior decoration industries.
– Use of WhatsApp and other marketing platforms (CRM) to generate leads.
– Excellent negotiation & closing abilities,
– Understanding of linear measurements (mm, cm, metres), and accurate conversion to units.
– Organized, attention to detail, with strong follow-up skills i.e. know how to explain technical details to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Be responsible for quickly understanding & able to communicate the installation and coupling of our products and services, closing deals.
– Calculate surface areas in square metres (m²).
– Interpret basic architectural drawings and layouts.
– Prepare accurate quotations based on dimensions and specifications using Zoho Books (training materials provided).
– Explain technical concepts in a simple, clear way.
– Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email and phone.
– Exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
– Manage WhatsApp & marketing platforms to increase customer reach, satisfaction & retention.
Salary Gross – N250,000 plus commissions on sales (0.5%), other incentives, i.e., HMO & training.
