Job Brief
We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive who can help us increase our market share. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and technical support. They will be able to develop and execute sales strategies, create and deliver sales presentations, and provide support to
customers.
Responsibilities
•Researching and sourcing potential customers
•Building new customer relations and maintaining the existing ones
•Explaining the technical features of a product to customers
•Addressing customer queries and advising them on various technological upgrades
•Planning and drafting customer proposals
•Preparing and verifying the details in tender documents
•Generating sales receipts and maintaining documentation of the same
•Maintaining an accurate record of purchase orders
•Attending and participating in product trainings and conferences
•Taking note of the sales target and achieving the same
•Estimate sales potential
•Plan and forecast sales activities
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
•3-4 years of experience as a Technical Sales Executive, Technical Sales Representative, or a similar position in the Sales department.
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
•Excellent understanding of IT Solutions and products.
