Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and sell company products/services persuasively.
• Convert leads into active customers through follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain solid product knowledge and handle inquiries confidently.

Requirements

• Sales or telesales experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking over the phone.
• Self-driven, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Ogba, Lagos.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₦60,000/month
• Attendance Allowance: ₦8,000
• Monthly Commission: ₦30,000–₦50,000 (performance-based)
• Incentives: Regular bonuses for top performers
