Description
Job Title: UX/UI Designer
We are looking for a UX/UI designer to work on our projects on a part-time basis (T&M), workload may vary depending on the project – from 30-40 to 80-140 hours per month.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct online design workshops with clients (client briefing)
- Design for web and mobile platforms
- Create interface concepts and prototypes
- Develop branding elements (logo, visual identity)
- Create interface animations and motion graphics using Jitter or After Effects

Requirements
- 3+ years years of experience as UX/UI designer.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience conducting design workshops with clients
- Proven skills in client communication and gathering project requirements
- English level B1–B2 (ability to present and argue design solutions)
- Strong background in creating UI concepts for web design and UX/UI (mobile/web apps)
- Have experience with AI tools: image creation; and video tools Runway ML
- Experience working across various industries and projects
- Solid understanding of UX principles (theoretical knowledge, research skills, best practices)
- Collaboration experience with application developers
- Ability to create and maintain design systems
- Ability to work with animations using Jitter or After Effects
Nice to have:
- Advanced motion design and animation skills
- Experience in creating micro-interactions or animated elements
- Good understanding of the AI tools (RunwayML; Midjourney others..)
- Ability to edit video
