• Have work experience, internship/apprenticeship experience, OR be preparing to start work within 12 months

• Have less than 5 years’ total work experience

  • (More than 5 years allowed for NGO/non-managerial/non-corporate roles)

• Have at least high school education

• Have good English proficiency
