Next Generation Foresight Practitioners (NGFP) Fellowship 2025  Overview

The NGFP Fellowship supports emerging changemakers who are using foresight and futures thinking to build a better world. It is a one-year journey of project funding, community learning, and collaboration, designed for individuals and teams applying foresight to drive social and environmental change.

Next Generation Foresight Practitioners (NGFP) Fellowship 2025 Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be aged 18–35, or over 35 with less than one year of experience in foresight

• Be at the early stages of using foresight in their work

• Be working on a future-focused project that seeks systemic, long-term impact

• Be collaborative and committed to building a global community

• Be based anywhere in the world, with priority for applicants from Asia, Africa (including MENA), the Caribbean, Central/South America, Pacific Islands, and the Balkans

Next Generation Foresight Practitioners (NGFP) Fellowship 2025 Application Process

1. Deadline: Apply by 23:59 GMT+1, July 31, 2025

2. Submit an online application outlining:

   • Your background and motivation

   • Your futures/foresight project idea

   • How foresight can enhance your project’s impact

3. Shortlisted candidates will undergo a judging process (Aug–Oct 2025)

4. Fellows will be announced in November 2025
