Pharma Incubation Hub Fellowship 2025: Overview

The Pharma Incubation Hub Fellowship is a free, fully virtual career accelerator program designed to build the capacity of pharmacy students across Africa. Through peer-to-peer and peer-to-professional learning, mentorship, research training, and leadership development, the fellowship aims to raise exceptional pharmacists equipped with the skills to compete and excel globally.

Proudly supported by the International Pharmaceutical Students Federation (IPSF), Africa Region, the program provides an interactive platform for pharmacy students to connect, learn, and grow into impactful healthcare leaders.

Pharma Incubation Hub Fellowship 2025: Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be a pharmacy student in an African pharmacy school (2nd year to final year).

• Final year students must have at least 5 months left in their academic program.

• Show willingness to learn, actively participate, and commit to the program.

• Commit to a 5-month virtual fellowship covering leadership development, research training, and mentorship.

• Have access to an internet-enabled device and a sufficient data subscription.
