Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be an African student
- Apply for a full-time MSc (taught) programme
- Meet or exceed academic entry requirements
- Meet UK visa requirements
- Hold an offer from RAU for:
- September 2026 OR
- January 2027 intake
- Be a fee-paying student
Country-Based Award Breakdown
For Students from Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda, Uganda, South Africa, Zimbabwe:
- £4,000 → Degree equivalent to UK 2:1 or above
- £3,000 → Meets minimum entry requirements
For Students from Other African Countries:
- £3,000 → Degree equivalent to UK 2:1 or above
- £2,000 → Meets minimum entry requirements
How to Apply
- Apply for an MSc programme at RAU
- Receive an offer (conditional or unconditional)
- Complete the online scholarship application form
- Submit all required academic and supporting documents
Selection Process
- Applicants will be notified of eligibility within 2 weeks of applying
- Shortlisting occurs after:
