The Temple University Sister City Scholarship offers $10,000 per year to eligible first-year international applicants from Philadelphia’s recognized sister cities. The award covers up to eight consecutive semesters (four years) of full-time study. Applicants must:

Be a current or recently graduated high school student from a school in one of Philadelphia’s sister cities.

Be an international student (U.S. citizens are not eligible).

Have at least a 3.0 GPA in high school.

Present a minimum TOEFL score of 79 or IELTS score of 6.0 (requirements may be higher for some majors).

Be admitted as a first-year undergraduate student at Temple University.
