In line with its internationalization strategies for increasing incoming mobility and attractiveness to foreign students, the University of Milan gives its international students the possibility to be offered scholarships and exemptions from tuition fees.
- Total Scholarships Available – 160 incentives for the 2025/2026 academic year.
- Types of Scholarships:
- 60 Scholarships – Worth €8,000 each + full tuition fee exemption.
- 100 Scholarships – Full tuition fee exemption only.
- Taxation – Grants are considered income and subject to IRS taxation.
- Eligibility – Open to international students admitted to a Master’s degree program.
- Selection Process – Scholarships awarded by a special commission.
