Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled in one of the following programmes at Adelaide University:

  • Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) – BBUSI or XBBHR (Online)

  • Bachelor of Psychology (Counselling and Interpersonal Skills) / Bachelor of Business (HRM) – ZBPBB

• Be:

  • BBUSI / XBBHR: Second or third (final) year

  • ZBPBB: Final (fourth) year

• Be studying full-time or part-time

• Be one of the following:

  • Australian Citizen

  • Australian Permanent Resident

  • Permanent Humanitarian Visa holder

  • New Zealand Citizen

  • International Student

Selection Criteria

Applicants will be assessed based on:

• Interest and passion for Human Resource Management

• Academic merit

• Career goals and leadership potential

• Financial or educational disadvantage (where applicable)

• Performance at interview (if shortlisted)
