At IO Global, the Flow office is responsible for supporting the alignment of strategy with execution, facilitating data driven flow for priority management and resource balancing against demand. By optimizing capacity & supporting improved delivery capability & collaboration while providing insight to C- Suite into probability of success.

As a Flow office analyst at IOG, you will be responsible for supporting the day- to-day activity of the flow office providing overall administration support to the team, as well as support with the reporting and communication out to key stakeholders and the wider organization.

Your mission

• Capture and distribute accurate meeting minutes and actions
• Ensure all escalations have owners and are tracked to resolution based on expected SLA
• Produce a bi weekly compliance reporting summary, working with the Flow office Manager
• Ensure all new tribes/squad members are integrated to the flow office cadences
• Manage the Flow office operation meeting calendar to ensure….
• In conjunction with the Flow Office Manager, ensure there is a consistent approach to delivering effective communication to all those that interact with the flow office, and the correct approval has been provided prior, keeping stakeholders well engaged and informed
• Support Flow Office Manager with trend analysis to generate key insights on portfolio performance
• Work with chapters, tribes and squads to support improve data quality and data capture.
