Product Development Intern

About the job

Responsibilities:
As a full-time intern, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in product development and management processes.
2. Collaborating with the product team to create specifications, wireframes, and user stories.
3. Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and documenting results.
4. Participating in product launch support activities.
5. Collaborating with the QA team to develop and execute test plans.
6. Providing technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.

1. Market Research Analysis

6. Defect identification and reporting
7. Test documentation support
7. Issue escalation and resolution

Qualifications
1. NYSC/ Recent graduate
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Basic knowledge of product management concepts and methodologies, including Agile principles and Scrum framework is a plus
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and an understanding of their application in product development is a plus
6. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
7. Basic knowledge of product management concepts and methodologies is preferred.
8. Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
9. Passion for technology and product development, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
10. Collaborative and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional setting.
11. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and being proactive in completing tasks.
12. Previous internship experience in product management or a related field is a plus.
