We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focussed driver to join the Initial Medical team in London and reporting to our West London branch in Brentford, you will be responsible for servicing customers throughout London.

What is the job and what will you have to do?

You will be responsible for the provision of multiple services, across a number of customer sites. These sites are highly regulated and access is restricted to those who pass vetting requirements. It is essential that you pass the vetting processes, to undertake this role.

Using small transit style vehicles for regular planned services Initial Medical provides segregation, safe storage and transportation of all healthcare and infectious wastes. Waste is collected and returned daily to our waste transfer station depots prior to its final disposal or recovery. You will also be responsible for servicing customer’s washroom products including soap dispensers, air fresheners and feminine hygiene units.

Key Requirements

• A full UK driving license with two years’ experience and six points or less
• Clean Criminal Record, and able to pass strict security vetting
• Great customer service skills
• An ability to use your initiative and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Good geographical driving knowledge
• An ADR certificate (not essential as training will be provided)
