Job Title: Sales Representative

Our team is currently on the lookout for professionals who possess the unmatched drive and unyielding commitment to take on the role of Sales Representative. This role is an integral part of our organization and primarily involves following up with customers who have initiated but have not completed their online US Visa application process.

Please be aware that this recruitment process is exclusively internal!

Sales Representative RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact customers via phone, email, and other remote communication tools to assist with their incomplete online US Visa applications.
• Provide immediate assistance in answering incoming phone calls and confidently address all queries regarding the service.
• Provide accurate and complete information about the application process and documentation requirements, and answer any queries they may have.
• Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and manage client information and interaction. It is important to maintain regular follow-ups and make an effort to seal the deal.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and cross-sell or upsell additional services.
• Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communication by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer.
• Collaborate with the senior team to address customer issues and ensure a smooth visa application process.
• Keep up-to-date with all the latest changes/updates in the US Visa application process (Student, Tourism, Business, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven sales or customer service track record and proficient in computer applications and tools (CRM software and MS Office Suite).
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification, although a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Full professional English.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Openness to feedback and objection handling.
• Sales-driven and a high level of confidence, positivity, and tenacity to deal with rejections and setbacks.
• Persuasiveness, curiosity, and consistency are imperative.
• Resilient and patient, able to manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations.
