Griffith University Vice Chancellor’s International Scholarship 2025/2026 Overview

The Vice Chancellor’s International Scholarship at Griffith University recognizes exceptional international students beginning undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degrees. This competitive scholarship supports students with outstanding academic achievements and helps reduce tuition costs throughout their studies.

Griffith University Vice Chancellor’s International Scholarship 2025/2026 Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand.

• Be a new, commencing student at Griffith University.

• Have received a Letter of Offer for a coursework program by the scholarship application closing date.

• Hold a minimum GPA of 6.0 on a 7-point scale (or equivalent) in previous studies.

• Meet all academic and English language entry requirements for the chosen program.

• Be enrolled full-time starting in 2025 or 2026.

• 50% tuition fee reduction.

• Valid for the entire duration of the degree (subject to maintaining eligibility and satisfactory academic progress).

Application Requirements

• Submit an application for an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program.

• Receive a Letter of Offer.

• Submit a separate scholarship application including:

  • Academic transcripts.

  • A personal statement.

Griffith University Vice Chancellor’s International Scholarship 2025/2026 Selection Criteria

• Academic excellence.

• Strength of personal statement.

• Fulfillment of all admission and English proficiency requirements.

Restrictions

• Scholarship is only available to full-time students.

• Students must accept both the program offer and the scholarship by the specified deadline.

• The scholarship may be withdrawn if not accepted on time or if ongoing eligibility requirements are not met.

• Not available to students from Australia or New Zealand.

• Not available to students who defer their studies.

Application Process

3. Apply for the scholarship before the closing date for your trimester.

4. Await review and outcome from the university panel.

5. Accept both your study and scholarship offer by the deadline.
