2025 ETSU International Merit Scholarships for Undergraduate and Graduate Students: Award Terms

• . Undergraduate students: Valid for up to 8 semesters if eligibility is maintained
• . Graduate students: Valid for up to 5 semesters for master’s or 8 semesters for doctoral programs
• . Cannot be combined with scholarships that cover out-of-state tuition (e.g., Creative Arts Scholarship, STEM Community Outreach Scholarship, Graduate Assistantships)
• . Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.75 (undergraduate) or 3.0 (graduate) to continue receiving the scholarship

Appeal Process

• . Undergraduate students can apply for an extension beyond 8 semesters via an appeal form
• . Graduate students must have extension requests submitted by their program coordinator directly to the Graduate School
