Fully Funded 2025 PAP Scholarship for Niger Delta Students: Overview

The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Scholarship 2025/2026 offers fully funded undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships to indigenes of the Niger Delta region. This initiative supports academic advancement and the reintegration of ex-agitators by providing access to tertiary education in selected Nigerian universities.

Scholarship Categories

• Undergraduate Scholarships – Covers tuition and educational expenses for UTME candidates entering 100-level programs.

• Postgraduate Scholarships – Available for graduates pursuing advanced degrees.

Fully Funded 2025 PAP Scholarship for Niger Delta Students: Eligibility Criteria

• Must be from one of the Niger Delta States: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, Rivers.

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Undergraduate: Must have taken the 2025 UTME and possess WAEC/NECO with at least 5 credits, including English and Mathematics.

• Postgraduate: Must also provide a degree certificate and NYSC certificate.

• Awaiting the result, candidates are not eligible.

• Previous PAP undergraduate beneficiaries must have graduated with a First-Class or Second-Class Upper.

• Minimum CGPA to maintain scholarship: 2.5/5.0 or 2.0/4.0.

• Applicants must pass an aptitude test and an oral interview.

• No record of misconduct.
