The Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship (NPGS) is a prestigious, fully funded PhD scholarship offered by Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. Fully Funded Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship 2026: Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Open to all nationalities (with preference for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents).

Must hold an Honours (Highest Distinction) or equivalent Bachelor’s degree.

Final-year students may apply, provided they can show proof of expected distinction upon graduation.

Benefits and Coverage
The NPGS offers comprehensive financial coverage for up to four years, including:
