The NextGen Fellowship is a specialised track under Nigeria’s 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Programme, funded by the Airtel Africa Foundation. It identifies high-potential young Nigerians and equips them with cutting-edge digital skills, mentorship, and real-world opportunities that accelerate their career growth.
The initiative supports Airtel’s ₦1 billion digital inclusion commitment and contributes to building a future-ready workforce for Nigeria.

NextGen Fellowship by Airtel & 3MTT: Eligibility

• Must be a young Nigerian interested in building a tech career.

• Must be willing to take an online assessment.

• Must be available for hybrid, virtual, or peer-group learning formats.

• Must have an interest in at least one of the fellowship skill tracks.
