The AI Automation Software Developer thrives in an environment where AI is at the core of how we work and scale. What You Will Do

• Build, test, and deploy automations and AI-powered tools that optimize workflows and accelerate marketing operations and automate go-to-market execution.
• Integrate APIs and design MCP servers to ensure seamless interoperability across internal systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and security teams to design and automate the generation of branded documents and marketing assets, ensuring consistency across all go-to-market materials.
• Continuously research, experiment, and apply the latest GenAI technologies to Qohash’s AI automation roadmap.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on intelligent workflows, delivering in days or weeks instead of months.
• Contribute directly to the Qohash Deal Desk, embedding AI capabilities into sales enablement and execution.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions, promoting an AI-first engineering culture.

What Your Resume Shows

Must-Haves

• 3–4 years of experience in software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Golang).
• Strong experience with API integrations and automation workflows.
• Hands on experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., Claude Agent SDK, LangChain).
• Familiarity with AI-driven coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor).
• A proven ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and deliver outcomes at speed.

Nice-to-Haves

• Bilingual (English/French).
• Based in Quebec (preferred).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in marketing or demonstrated interest in go-to-market, brand, and content operations.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a personal coding portfolio.
• Cybersecurity awareness or best-practice knowledge.
• Startup environment experience.
