Compensation: ₦350,000 net monthly

Role Summary

Owns the coordination and optimisation of production processes to ensure efficient output, quality consistency, and adherence to delivery timelines within a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on process control, resource utilisation, and continuous improvement across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

– Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily production activities in line with output targets
– ⁠Ensure adherence to production schedules, technical specifications, and quality standards
– ⁠Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
– ⁠Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimise downtime and ensure equipment availability
– ⁠Monitor material usage and support production planning and inventory coordination

Requirements

– HND/B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline
– ⁠Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production, manufacturing, or process engineering roles
– ⁠Strong understanding of production workflows and manufacturing processes
– ⁠Ability to interpret technical specifications and production requirements
– ⁠Basic knowledge of process improvement and efficiency optimisation
