We are currently supporting a mandate for a regional financial technology firm, and this Project Manager Intern role is designed to support the coordination of that engagement. The position is full time and fully remote, allowing for a focus on deep work and disciplined analysis regardless of location.

The Role

• Tracking the progress of complex memoranda from initial draft through to the final signed document.
• Organizing source materials provided by the financial technology client, including internal strategy reports and board minutes.
• Maintaining the project timeline to ensure all internal revisions and peer reviews occur within the established mandate period.
• Assisting principals in verifying specific claims and assumptions against the client’s internal records.
• Coordinating logistics for remote meetings and interviews between our advisors and the client’s executive team.
• Managing the document version history to ensure that every revision strengthens the clarity of the argument.
• Ensuring all project documentation meets our standards for formal structure and logical consistency.
• Supporting the administrative needs of the advisory team to ensure the focus remains on rigorous reading and writing.

What You Bring

• A background in business, law, or the humanities where extensive reading and writing were central to your studies.
• The ability to summarize complex information into clear, direct written updates for the advisory team.
• Strong organizational habits and an interest in how large organizations document their strategic decisions.
• A basic familiarity with the financial services or technology sectors, perhaps through academic projects or personal research.
• Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines.
• Experience managing timelines for research projects or academic group assignments.
• High standards for grammar, punctuation, and the structural integrity of a written case.
• The intellectual maturity to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
