Executive Assistant at Renmoney, Lagos, Nigeria

At Renmoney, we’re solving real-world problems with innovation, technology, and a mission to deepen financial inclusion. As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with our C-suite and play a critical role in driving efficiency, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across the organization. This is more than an administrative role: you will be a thought partner, execution leader, and force multiplier for executive leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as a key liaison between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring information flows smoothly and priorities are well-coordinated
  • Track high-impact initiatives and business priorities, ensuring follow-through and accountability across departments
  • Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and memos for executive decision-making
  • Facilitate effective meetings by developing agendas, recording and following up on action items, and supporting communication between cross-functional teams
  • Lead special projects and initiatives on behalf of the Executive Office
  • Manage executive calendars, travel plans, and high-level engagements with discretion and foresight
  • Conserve the leadership team’s time by proactively anticipating needs, handling sensitive correspondence, and supporting day-to-day business operations
  • Maintain an organized and secure system for managing executive documents and strategic materials
  • Provide critical support during board meetings, strategy offsites, and external stakeholder engagements

Requirements

  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership or executive teams
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to connect dots across teams and business priorities
  • Strong business writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and report development
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a bias for execution
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (a business-related degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting executive leadership or leading operational functions
  • Experience in tech, financial services, or a startup environment is an advantage

This role may not be for you if you:

  • Prefer rigid structures over dynamic, fast-moving work environments.
  • Need constant guidance rather than taking initiative.
  • Feel more comfortable in large, highly resourced teams.

What’s in it for you

  • You’ll receive competitive compensation and work with passionate, driven people.
  • You’ll collaborate directly with leadership on strategic initiatives and help shape the future of a fintech brand solving meaningful problems.
  • You’ll be part of a flat, agile structure where your work creates real impact.
