Our Firm is in need of a qualified person who wishes to be registered as a sponsored individual with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).

Requirements:

• The applicant should have a first or higher degree or its equivalent in a relevant field including banking, finance, accounting, business management, law, economics and company secretarial studies.
• He/she should have a minimum of four (4) years relevant post-qualification experience (excluding the National Youth Service Corps year).
• He/she must have participated in an issuing house transaction or the processes.

For an already sponsored individual:

Our Firm is in need of a qualified person who is already registered as a sponsored individual with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).

Requirements:

• Must have 5 years of capital Market experience in an Issuing house
• Must have handled or participated in an issue or the process
• Must be registered with SEC.
