Techies-Hive is currently seeking a talented and experienced backend development tutor to join our team. As a backend development tutor, your role will involve guiding beginners through the fundamentals of backend development and helping them build a strong foundation in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Deliver high-quality and engaging backend development sessions to beginners based on our established syllabus. Cover topics such as server-side programming, API development, database management, security, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on Coding Exercises: Provide hands-on coding exercises and projects to help learners practice and apply their knowledge. Offer guidance and support as they work on real-world scenarios and projects.
• Individual and Group Tutoring: Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with learners to address their specific questions and challenges. Facilitate group discussions and collaborative learning to encourage peer interaction and knowledge sharing.
• Code Reviews and Feedback: Review and provide constructive feedback on learners’ code, projects, and assignments. Help them identify areas for improvement and suggest best practices to enhance their coding skills.
• Learning Support: Assist learners in troubleshooting technical issues, debugging code, and overcoming obstacles they may encounter during their learning journey. Offer guidance and resources to support their continuous growth and development.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in backend development technologies and frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Django, or Ai.
• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching backend development concepts to beginners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding learners, with a patient and supportive approach.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in backend development.
