Bancassurance Executives at Dunn and Braxton Limited, Osogbo, Nigeria
The Bancassurance Executive acts as the Company’s representative in identifying business opportunities (Sales of Life and General Insurance Products) within designated partner bank branches closest to their homes. The ideal candidate should be sales-driven. Experience in the Insurance or Banking sector would be an added advantage.
Key Requirements:
- First degree or equivalent education in Insurance, Marketing, or any related field.
- Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in insurance sales.
- Must reside within any location stated above
- Candidates who currently work with an insurance firm as a Bancassurance Agent/
- Insurance sales Marketer will be an added advantage.
- Ideal candidate must have a strong passion for sales with strong persuasive skills.
- Must have a strong flair for building trusted and lasting relationships.
Benefits
Compensation:
- Guaranteed Base pay of N140,000 Monthly Net
- Highly competitive Commission (tied to the Monthly target)
