Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:
 A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration or any other related field (2.2/Upper Credit)
ï‚· Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts/sectors
ï‚· Capability to be a structured thinker with a strong analytical approach.
ï‚· Excellent research, problem solving, and analytical skills, including excellent PowerPoint and Excel
capabilities, with impeccable analytical and business judgment
ï‚· Understanding local dynamics of the region
ï‚· Ability to bring intel that will lead to increased sales
ï‚· An expert understanding of best practice account management with the ability to implement both
strategic and tactical initiatives
ï‚· Creative, upbeat and innovative and be able to effectively communicate key business messages to a
diverse audience
ï‚· A proven track record in business development and client relationship management in a highly
competitive, Business to Business (B 2B) environment

ï‚· Strong commercial acumen both in terms of managing pipeline and challenging/coaching teams through the sales process
ï‚· A strong knowledge of Pursuit or another relationship/ sales methodology
ï‚· Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven
track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
ï‚· Excellent quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills; high proficiency inExcel
ï‚· Ability to synthesize information quickly and present insights to senior management
ï‚· Ability to Understand industry trend
ï‚· An active listener, Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
ï‚· Good communication and business writing skills
ï‚· Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and problem-solving skill
ï‚· Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
ï‚· Excellent Presentation skill and customer service capabilities
ï‚· Good documentation and process management skills
