REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years’ experience in ticketing & reservations (travel agency/airline).

  • Proficiency in at least one GDS (Amadeus preferred).

  • Strong communication & customer service skills.

  • Sales-driven with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.

  • Tech-savvy: WhatsApp Business, MS Office, CRM tools.

  • Flexible to work hybrid (remote + in-office).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process flight bookings, rebookings, and ticket issuance on GDS (Amadeus preferred).

  • Manage cancellations, refunds, and special requests.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners.

  • Provide accurate travel advice (visa rules, baggage, itineraries).

  • Upsell hotels, airport transfers, tours, and travel insurance.

  • Maintain client records, reconcile payments, and submit daily reports among others.

CONTRACT TERMS

  • Competitive monthly salary + performance bonuses.

  • 3-month probation with performance review.

  • Work hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays).
