Job Title: Customer Support Engineer
Description
- Provide support to end users, partners, distributors, and subsidiaries
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools, and email
- Handle escalations from Tier 3
- Assist customer base during installations
Requirements
- 2+ years of Software and Networking experience in technical support/tier 3 – Mandatory
- Strong understanding of Networking, Windows/Linux, SQL – Mandatory
- Proven experience with international customers – Mandatory
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software issues
- Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment
- Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change
- Ability to professionally handle clients through all interfaces
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English- Mandatory
- Proven experience as a Practical Engineer- Mandatory / Electronic Engineer – Advantage
