Job Title: Customer Support Engineer


  • Provide support to end users, partners, distributors, and subsidiaries
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools, and email
  • Handle escalations from Tier 3
  • Assist customer base during installations


  • 2+ years of Software and Networking experience in technical support/tier 3 – Mandatory
  • Strong understanding of Networking, Windows/Linux, SQL – Mandatory
  • Proven experience with international customers – Mandatory
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software issues
  • Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment
  • Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change
  • Ability to professionally handle clients through all interfaces
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English- Mandatory
  • Proven experience as a Practical Engineer- Mandatory / Electronic Engineer – Advantage
