Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos state.
Salary: 70,000 naira
Job Type: Hybrid.
Responsibilities of a Customer Support Representative
·    Manage incoming phone calls.
·    Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
·    Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
·    Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
·    Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
·    Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Qualifications and requirements for the Customer Support Representative role
·    B.Sc/ HND
·    Proven experience in social media and community management.
·    Should know how to resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
- ·    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
