Demand Generation Manager Responsibilities:

As the orchestrator of Constructor’s EMEA campaigns, you’ll oversee the execution of email and webinar channels. Collaborate with content, graphic design, product marketing, events, partnerships, and sales teams to develop impactful global campaigns. Your role will involve building demand and brand awareness for Constructor in the market and developing a healthy, high-quality top-of-the-funnel pipeline to support revenue goals.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand generation, preferably more, with a B2B SaaS startup larger than Constructor in ARR (typically beyond Series C).
• Bonus points for experience with a MACH alliance company, selling to brands and retailers, and working in the eCommerce space.
• Demonstrated demand generation experience in Europe, with priority given in Germany and UK.
• Ambitious and a strategic thinker who builds campaigns, processes, and documentation to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent campaign management skills.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana.
• Fluent in English & German
