F2F Sales Representative
About the job
The client of Eligo Partners is a distributor of beauty and cosmetic products operating in Europe, representing A-level brands with exclusive rights. The company invites an experienced and motivated F2F Sales Representative to join the Baltic region team to work with the most prominent beauty product chains and e-commerce customers. The client expects that the potential candidate speaks Latvian and his residence will be the territory of Latvia, due to the specifics of the job.
Responsibilities:
- Offering and selling products and services within the branches by visitation to target customers;
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Reaching out to customer leads through cold calls;
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets using effective negotiation skills, the ability to address customer concerns, and successfully guiding the customer through the sales process until the purchase is finalized;
- Appointed brand’s development by increasing brand value, sales expansion, ensuring profitability control, stock planning, and pricing;
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of successful experience in B2B sales (cosmetics category – an advantage);
- Speak and write English and Latvian fluently;
- Ability to create sustainable relationships with clients (former, current, new);
- Knowledge of negotiating principles;
- Representation of the company and the appointed brands;
- High internal motivation to achieve personal and team goals;
- Good computer literacy skills;
- Category B driver’s license.
