We’ve done a great job so far in building our team and our hope is that you will be able to join us.As a Staff Product Manager at Ledgy your mission is to enable the team to simply make equity work. We build the best equity management platform for Europe’s largest scale-ups.At Ledgy you will:
- Co-create, articulate, and evolve the vision and strategy of our flexible equity product
- Create a strategic game plan to execute on the above and drive buy-in with our leadership team
- Define, plan, and execute a roadmap to bring the heart of our equity and cap table management to the next level so that finance and legal teams can sit back and relax
- Align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and track success metrics for measuring impact
- Develop a deep understanding of the market as well as our customers, their pains and jobs-to-be-done. Over time, become a subject matter expert and act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Systematically analyze customer feedback and product gaps in collaboration with Design, our Product Counsel and customer-facing business partners
- Break down complex problems and write clear documentation in collaboration with Design, Engineering and product leadership
- Manage product delivery in an agile setting and guide your team in all sprint activities
- Support shaping the future of our product best practises to achieve the best business outcomes
The job is a great fit if you
- Have a minimum of 6 years experience in Product Management, building customer-facing products, ideally some of it in B2B SAAS
- Have relevant experience in working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting applying Scrum
- Are experienced in building and scaling complex products across jurisdictions in regulated or compliance heavy spaces (e.g. banking, payroll, etc). You don’t shy away from detailed legal documentation and specs and your product counsel is your best friend
- Enjoy working closely with C-level people of fast-growing companies, diving deep into their financial, legal and equity structures and processes to understand how they think – prior experience with equity management is a plus
- Have a strong technical understanding and passion to solve deep problems
- Have a strong sense of accountability, ownership and outstanding solution focus
- Collaboration is in your DNA, you break down silos and work collaboratively in a result-oriented way
- Have excellent verbal and written communication and story telling skills; fluent in English
