●Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
●Previous experience in customer service or hospital reception is an advantage.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital management software.
●Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
