We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Graduate Account Officer to join our Finance stream. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in accounting, finance operations, reporting, and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and payment schedules
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
• Assist with expense tracking and budget monitoring
• Assist during audits and financial reviews
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• 0 – 2 years relevant experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
