Job Summary

Transnet Cloud is seeking highly motivated and talented Engineering graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program. This role is designed to develop future engineering leaders by providing hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to real-world projects across our operations in Lagos and Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

– Participate in a structured training program across various engineering functions
– Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions
– Support senior engineers in executing technical projects and daily operations
– Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare technical reports
– Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and best practices
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
– Continuously learn and apply new engineering concepts and technologies

 Skills:

 Eligibility:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer, or related field)
– Minimum of First Class or Second Class Upper Division (2:1)
– 0–2 years of relevant experience (NYSC completed )
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering tools/software
– Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
