Your mission: 

  • Solving tickets in a fast manner, but with sympathy and efficiency
  • Liaising with other CS agents and other teams for efficient troubleshooting
  • Being solution-oriented and proactive
  • Recognizing one’s own mistakes and offering solutions
  • Balanced adjustment between company policy and customer demands
  • Should have the capability of multitasking
  • Identifying the needs of the team and proactively taking action to support other team members

    What you should bring with you:

  •  Minimum 1 yr experience in customer support
  • English writing and reading skills
  • The capability of handling overtime or workload
  • Solution Oriented
  • High Patience Level
  • Experience in sales (would be a plus)
  • Great learning capacities
  • Knowledge of the German language would be an advantage.
