Job Title: Management Trainee ( Finance)
The Management Trainee (Finance) at CIG Motors Limited will undergo a structured training program designed to develop financial expertise and leadership skills. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while supporting the finance department’s operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a career in finance within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in financial data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Learn and apply financial principles, including accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and audits.
- Participate in cash flow management and cost control initiatives.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand financial operations.
- Support the implementation of financial technology and processes improvements.
- Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance and internal controls.
- Contribute to special projects and financial research as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internship experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software like Sage 300.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High level of integrity and willingness to learn.
- Financial analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
