Office Assistant
A financial technology company located on the mainland (Surulere) is currently seeking to hire smart and trainable graduates who are seeking to begin their careers as office assistants.
This is a full-time role that requires you to oversee clerical tasks, keep an inventory of office supplies, and order new materials as needed to ensure that the workplace is neat and clean for visitors or clients.
Requirements
First degree/diploma in any relevant field
Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Ability to work independently as part of a team Self-motivation with a strong desire to learn and grow
Detail-oriented and excellent collaborator
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time Excellent time management skills
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary
