Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: N350,000 monthly. Internet allowance is provided.

An early stage startup company is seeking a dedicated and efficient Product Manager to fulfill the following responsibilities and more:

• •Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap throughout the product lifecycle.
• •Acts as the product’s leader within the company
• •Manage from design, testing, forecast, costing, production, support, and finally, product end of life.
• •Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities, through strategic planning and implementation.
• •Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Requirements

• •Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager or in a similar Lead role.
• •Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
• •3+ years of experience in a job in the Tech Startup space.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Bachelor’s degree
• •Excellent teamwork skills
• •Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• •Strong experience working within an Agile environment.
• •Must be willing to travel within Nigeria and West Africa as needed occasionally.

Strongly Preferred:
Demonstratable experience using the following: JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Google workspace, Slack
