Qualitest is looking for a QA Lead to join our team!

• Act as the QA Lead responsible for the successful execution of this work
• Drive multi project engagements from test planning to test reporting phase
• Display value to stakeholders using detailed KPIs and metrics for all phases of testing
• Mentor and grow talent within team, including upskilling to rotate team members between test phases
• Provide input to overall project plan regarding all testing aspects
• Act as escalation point for team members on project
• Lead implementation and maintenance of automation framework
• Document best practices around coding, source control, data input and overall automation framework maintenance
• Support team in developing automation following best practices
• Script creation and maintenance
• Provide feedback and recommendations to engineering team regarding infrastructure changes that could improve automation efficiency
• Author the Feasibility Assessment
• Author the Automation Strategy
• Log defects, triage and fix.
• Report on Authoring and Execution Status
• Automation Schedule
• Risks/Issues Log for this work
