Why Social Media Managers
Social media managers are typically responsible for setting the content strategy and driving engagement on Tert’s social platforms. Social media managers need to possess a knack for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and an ability to analyze what does well with an audience—and what doesn’t.
Social media managers are ordinarily responsible for developing strategies to increase followers, creating and overseeing social campaigns, producing content, reviewing analytics, and communicating with key stakeholders.
Daily Responsibilities
- Increasing followers and driving engagement.
- Strategizing content and campaigns.
- Analyzing data.
- Reporting metrics to key stakeholders.
- Posting and monitoring social media platforms.

- Ability to communicate to schools, the edge they can harness in using Tert.
- Ability to understand schools’ daily requirements and how Tert can address them.
- Comfortable working with schools and their stakeholders.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, and collaborating with school stakeholders.
- Be technology savvy.
- An understanding of social media platforms.
