Social Media Manager at Socially, Remote (Dubai)

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of client accounts from strategy through execution. You’ll be responsible for planning content calendars, managing day-to-day posting and engagement, and working closely with our design and content teams to deliver campaigns that actually perform, not just look good.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand and audience
• Plan and manage content calendars across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce engaging content
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for clients
• Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media tools
• Coordinate paid social campaigns alongside the marketing team where needed
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices
• Excellent written communication skills and an eye for engaging content
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at once
• A creative mindset paired with a data driven approach to strategy
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

Nice to Have

• Experience with TikTok marketing or influencer collaborations
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills
• Familiarity with SEO or broader digital marketing concepts
