Job Title: Strategy Associate

The Strategy Associate at Credit Direct Limited will play a pivotal role in supporting research, strategy execution follow-ups, and business performance tracking. Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Track, monitor, and report on corporate key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide dedicated support in project management, ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed effectively and on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain a system for tracking progress and follow-ups related to strategic initiatives.
  • Develop reporting dashboards to track top Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)/KPIs and measure success.
  • Work cross-functionally to size markets and develop launch strategies for new opportunities.
  • Develop strategies for entering new categories and markets.
  • Assess our ability to win, and competitive threats in new and existing markets.
  • In-depth quantitative analysis of Global Markets business results and internal metrics, third party competitive benchmarking data, to support a broad range of bespoke strategy projects.
  • Assist in production of written memos and briefing materials.
  • Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner — verbally and in written form.
  • Keep up to date with technical developments for business area.

Requirements

Job Requirement

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional ability to follow up meticulously and track progress.
  • Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
